Profile: 

Andrew is a building simulation specialist working as part of the sustainability unit at KEO International Consultants. He has substantial experience in developing energy and daylight models to guide and inform design teams throughout the life cycle of building design. Andrew works closely with architects, clients and designers to provide coordinated and integrated design solutions that consider both environmental and economic factors. He is experienced in identifying opportunities to incorporate low energy sustainable building design technologies and has a wealth of experience in the evaluation and retrofitting of existing buildings.

Andrew’s specialist experience includes; detailed mechanical systems analysis, dynamic thermal modeling, airflow analysis, day lighting simulation, glare analysis and ASHRAE 90.1 2004 -2010 compliant energy modeling. Andrew has experience in both modeling and fulfilling the requirements of the thermal comfort, energy and day lighting credits for the LEED, Estidama and BREEAM building rating systems.
