Profile: 

Lenine De Sousa graduated in 2002 from the University of Carabob State in Venezuela with a chemical engineering degree. He went on to acquire his Masters in Simulation & Experimental Techniques in 2006 from the University of Applied Sciences Duesseldorf, Germany. He has experience in formulation and testing of decorative water borne paints and coatings in technical service and application technology laboratories since 2007. Since 2012, Mr. De Sousa has been serving as a Technical Service Manager for Polymers Europe in Paints & Coatings at Wacker Chemie AG.
