Profile: 

Dr. Mohammed’s experience spans from research to consultancy to local government. He has worked on research with Queens University and Overseas Unit of Traffic Research Laboratory. In 1985, Dr. Mohammad moved to Consultancy (U.K.). In June of 1996, he joined Dubai Municipality as Head of Roads Construction Unit. Since 2005 Dr. Mohammad is Head of Construction Supervision with the Roads And Transport Authority of Dubai.
