Gratuated in 1990 from Middle East Technical University Ankara-Turkey,
After working 4 years at construction sites as project manager, Mr. Topcu joined the Lafarge group as Regional Director to manage all functions including R&D.
In 1998 Mr. Topcu joined the BASF  Group as Concrete chemicals Business Unit Director& Marketing Director. Here he managed the Concrete laboratory where more than 3,000 concrete experiments were performed each year and he lectured about concrete at more than 120 seminars.
Mr. Topcu also worked in the Lafarge Plaster Group as Product & Business Development Director. The products covered there were gypsum and cement based plaster and mortars.
Between the years 2005-2008, Mr. Topcu worked as General Manager of Sismo NV company which produces special forms for shear walls
Mr. Osman Topcu is presently working in Ekopons Madencilik A.S. as Technical Sales & Business Development Director.
