Master of Science (M. Sc) from the University of Wales, Bangor, U.K. in Water Resources Management in the year 1996. (the major courses are in designing, financing and appraising water projects like water supply and dams projects, integrated water management, the environmental impacts of water projects and the sustainability of water resources)
 
Ph.D in Socio-Economic and Cultural Aspects in the Implementation of Water Demand Management in The Sultanate of Oman, University of Nottingham, UK., 2004. (the thesis discusses the economic viability and social acceptability of all components and techniques of water demand management)

Work Experience:

Since1990, working in the field of water resources management and development. More than 16 years as director general of water resources management.
Attended more than 40 conferences, seminars and workshops related to water resources.
Member of many national, regional and international organizations dealing with water resources.
Presented and published more than ten papers.
