Profile: 

Position: Technical Services Manager

Responsibilities: Main responsibility is to provide technical support and training both within the company and externally to various clients, ensuring adoption of recommended methods of application for Mapei products. Provide support to the sales department for ongoing contracts when required.  Conducting seminars and practical training sessions on choice of materials for various building components with special focus on applicable local, regional and international standards.  Following LEED related certification and approvals for various compliant products within the Mapei product portfolio.

Experience: 31 years in the construction and design field as follows:
- 18 years in construction chemicals, UAE
- 2 year in architectural design and design development, UAE & Gulf    Region
- 9 years in architectural design and design development, US 
- 2 years in architectural design and construction in the oil industry, Bahrain

Educational background: Masters in Architectural Engineering

Professional licenses: Registered California Architect since 1986
Registered Bahrain Engineer since 1980

Other Capabilities: Proficient in AutoCad
