Short Profile: 

Ruprecht has almost twenty years experience within the position of CEO for technology oriented companies in Certification, Testing and Inspection dealing with a wide range of state of the art technologies. He has also been a certification partner with market leaders in the various manufacturing industries and governments up to Ministerial Level in Germany, UK, Greece, Philippines, Thailand, China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, UAE, utilities (RWE, Intergen) and trading organizations in France and Germany.

Ruprecht has a strong international background with success in establishing operating entities in the UK, USA, several Far Eastern Countries and Territories and the Middle East. He has studied at top universities and research facilities in both Germany and UK and has teaching and research experience.

In 2011 Ruprecht joined QCC as advisor of the Secretary General.
