Khaled Al Huraimel is General Manager of Bee’ah, The Sharjah Environment Company. Mr. Al Huraimel, a UAE National, brings to the position 12 years of experience in the UAE working for top tier corporations. His knowledge of the region coupled with his strong operational background will enable him to work with the team to further the company’s strategy and engage the local community to make Sharjah a cleaner, healthier place to live. Mr. Al Huraimel is responsible for overseeing the company’s day-to-day operations and maximizing the efficiency of projects by ensuring close cooperation and communication between different departments. He helps Bee’ah to operate at the forefront of the environmental industry regionally and internationally, while his strategic planning helps strengthen the company’s environmental achievements, its growth and its profitability. Prior to joining Bee’ah Mr. Al Huraimel was Chief Operating Officer of Dubai Waterfront at Nakheel, a large-scale project which occupies a large stretch of sea facing land in Dubai. With complete responsibility for the project Mr. Al Huraimel played a key role in its development including working closely with the master planners and consultants together with major investors and developers. In 2005 as General Manager of Madinat Al Arab, Mr. Al Huraimel was responsible for launching the Dubai Waterfront-located project; a development whose AED 13 billion sale in just five days set a record in Dubai at the time. Mr. Al Huraimel joined Nakheel from ENOC International Sales, a subsidiary of Emirates National Oil Company where, as Senior Manager, Sales & Marketing he expanded ENOC’s international lubricants sales network to over 20 In 2007 Mr. Al Huraimel joined the largest investor with Nakheel, USOS Holding (formerly Al Burj Real Estate) which owns 70% of the land in the first phase of Madinat Al Arab. During this time he achieved a net profit of over AED 1 billion in the company’s second year of operation and developed its first project which occupies over 4 million square feet of built up area. Mr. Al Huraimel is one of the founders of Arabian Global Investments LLC (AGI) a UAE-based investments company founded in May 2008 to invest in emerging real estate opportunities. Mr. Al Huraimel holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Marketing from King Fahd University Saudi Arabia as well as an MBA from the University of Bradford, UK. He is also a graduate from the first batch of the prestigious Dubai Leaders program at Wharton Business School in Pennsylvania. He is fluent in Arabic and English.
