Herman Miller has investigated how the creative mind works, finding four different ‘types’. This seminar explores the characteristics of these minds and the workplace design attributes that enhance their creative ability

Mark is responsible for commissioning as
well a sharing Insight into the latest thinking
in workplace design and issues. The
subjects covered include Social Capital,
Generations at Work, Creativity in the
Workplace and Agile Working.
Mark has delivered more than 200 seminars
around the EMEA region, including South
Africa, Russia, Saudi Arabia, UAE, as well
as across the UK.
Mark has also delivered in-house seminars
for a variety of organisations which include: Coca-Cola, Shell, Goldman Sachs, W L Gore, Morgan Stanley, Microsoft, BBC, AIG, Shell, and the Ministry of Defence, MacMillan Cancer Support, Roslin Institute
and Bank Muscat.
Mark has been employed in the office
interiors industry for more than 25 years,
working with corporate, public and private
organisations. He has specialised in
working with the design community.
During his time in the industry, Mark has
been involved in projects for Barclays,
GCHQ, Bank of England, ABN Amro,
Microsoft, Eversheds, Reed Publishing,
British Gas, JP Morgan, McGrigor Donald,
Ernst and Young, The Housing Association,
Sainsburys, EDF, and Lloyds Register of
